Refurbishments
Lamba Welding Systems are able to refurbish all types of Resistance
Welding and wire working machinery. This can be from the simplest spot
welder to full production lines. All machines are rebuilt using new
standard parts where necessary and any modifications or improvements
required by the customer can be incorporated into the rebuilt machines.
Working within budget controls, our engineers are able to repair
existing machinery, where possible, either on site or at our workshops in
Richmond.
A major speciality of the company is to replace old or unserviceable
welding controller drawers and replace them with the
CE500 Weld Controller.
We have also replaced several crank operated systems with modern servo
driven units offering the benefits of quicker change over times, greater
accuracy and is more operator friendly.
